1. No Refunds on Digital Products
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for:

• Cover letter templates
• Bundle packages
• ATS guides
• Editable Canva templates
2. Technical Issues and Errors
If you experience a genuine technical problem, we are happy to help.
We will fix any issue such as:
• Incorrect file delivered
• Broken or inaccessible download or Canva link
• Technical errors
We will resolve the issue by providing the correct file or access. Email us within 7 days at: support@morganandcrown.com
3. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, contact us with proof.
At our discretion, we may offer:
A refund, or
Store credit
4. Customer Responsibility
Refunds are not provided for:

• Canva Pro requirements or limitations
• Compatibility issues with your device or software
• Incorrect assumptions about the product's suitability
