Digital Products
All products sold by Morgan & Crown Creatives are digital downloads delivered electronically.
Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, refunds are not normally offered once a purchase has been completed and the file has been made available for download.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing digital content.
- Access is provided immediately after payment.
- Your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is waived once download access is provided.

Errors or Duplicate Purchases
If you believe you have been charged in error, or have accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review the matter.

While refunds are not normally provided for digital products, we aim to be fair and reasonable. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances relating to your purchase, please contact us and we will review your request.
